Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, dispatch windows, and how to track your photobook order.
We keep you updated at every step via WhatsApp.
1. Processing time
Once you approve your album preview and complete payment, your order enters production:
- Album production takes 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders approved before 2 PM IST on a business day are sent to print the same day
- Orders approved after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are queued for the next business day
- You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your album enters production
2. Shipping and delivery timeline
After production, your photobook is dispatched via our courier partner:
- Standard delivery within India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days
- Total estimated time from approval to delivery: 8–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or public holidays.
3. Tracking your order
We provide tracking updates so you always know where your album is:
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp
- You can track your shipment using the courier partner's website or app
- If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of payment, contact us
- Our support team can look up your order status at any time
4. Shipping charges
Shipping costs are included in your album price. There are no hidden delivery fees:
- Free standard shipping on all orders within India
- Express or priority shipping may be available for select pin codes at an additional charge
- International shipping is not currently available
5. Delivery issues
If something goes wrong during delivery, we are here to help:
- If your album arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- If your album is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
- If you provided an incorrect address, we will work with the courier to redirect or reship where possible
- Failed delivery attempts are retried by the courier; if undelivered after 3 attempts, the package is returned to us

6. Delivery to alternate address
If you need your album delivered to a different address (for example, as a gift):
- Provide the alternate address during the order process via WhatsApp
- Address changes after payment may delay dispatch by 1–2 business days
- Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed
