Refunds & Replacements

How replacement or refund support works at Snapajoy.

We want you to be happy with your photobook.

1. When replacements apply

Because each photobook is custom-printed with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, replacements are provided in the following cases:

  • The album arrived with physical damage (torn pages, broken spine, crushed cover)
  • Print quality is significantly below standard (severe colour shifts, missing pages, blurry prints not caused by low-resolution source photos)
  • Wrong album was delivered (different size, finish, or photos than what you approved)
  • The album was lost in transit and not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your album with photos showing the issue.

2. How to request a replacement or refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or email hello@snapajoy.in within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order details and clear photos showing the issue
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  • If approved, we will either reprint and reship your album or issue a refund

3. Refund policy

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • If a replacement is not possible (for example, if the issue cannot be corrected by reprinting)
  • If your order is cancelled before it enters production
  • If the album is lost in transit and cannot be reshipped

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay)
  • Refund processing takes 5–10 business days after approval
  • You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp once the refund is initiated

4. What is not covered

Replacements and refunds do not apply in these cases:

  • Change of mind after approving the album preview
  • Minor colour variations due to differences between screen display and print output
  • Blurry or pixelated prints caused by low-resolution source photos
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery (spills, tears, etc.)
  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer

5. Cancellation before print

You can cancel your order before it enters production:

  • If your album has not yet been sent to print, a full refund will be issued
  • Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible
  • To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@snapajoy.in as soon as possible
