1. How discounts work
Snapajoy occasionally offers promotional discounts to make your photobook experience even more affordable:
- Discount codes are shared via WhatsApp, email, or on our social media channels
- To apply a code, share it with our WhatsApp bot during the order process
- Each discount code can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
2. Referral offers
Love your Snapajoy album? Share the joy with friends and family:
- Refer a friend and both of you may receive a discount on your next order
- Referral details and eligibility are shared after your first order is delivered
- Referral discounts are applied automatically when your friend places an order using your referral link
3. Seasonal and festival offers
We run special promotions during festivals and occasions:
- Festival discounts are announced on our WhatsApp broadcast and social media
- Seasonal offers have a clearly stated validity period
- Early-bird pricing may be available for new album sizes or features
4. Terms for offers
General terms that apply to all Snapajoy offers:
- Snapajoy reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice
- Offers are valid only for orders placed within the stated promotion period
- Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
- In case of a refund on a discounted order, only the amount actually paid will be refunded
